The page load times out and I get a "This webpage is not available" error in Chrome. No specific server fail or anything like that. Ended up having to use the Wayback Machine to download your tools :p

Hmm that's weird. I just did a test from a "URL performance" testing website and it reported no issues access any of my site from multiple locations around the world.

my proxy blocks this site. But did not block It yesterday ;-) So this will let a non admin unlock their own account?Or does the user using it have to have AD rights to reset accounts?
